One and a half cups superfine almond flour
1tablespoon aluminium-free baking powder
1teaspoon garlic powder
1/2cup sour cream
4tablespoon unsalted butter melted
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
GARLIC BUTTER TOPPING:
2tablespoon butter melted
1/2teaspoon garlic powder
1tablespoon parsley minced

How to Prepare Best Keto Cheddar Biscuits
1 In the first step we have to preheat the oven to 450°F. Then, lightly grease the muffin cavities of a 12-cup muffin pan.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking powder, and garlic powder.
3 In a bowl, blend eggs, sour cream, and butter. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl with dry ingredients.
4 Stir in cheese and Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes.
5 In the fifth step we have to scoop ¼ cup of batter and place it into the muffin mould. Use a small cookie or ice cream scoop. Continual till all batter is used up.
6 Bake until golden. And toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7 Use a thin spatula to loosen the edges of biscuits. Remove biscuits from the muffin pan.
8 Brush onto biscuits. For the time being combine the topping: melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasonings or parsley.
