1 6 eggs (large)
2 6 slices bacon
3 Black pepper as per taste
4 Salt as per taste
5 [Optional] 85 grams parmesan or any other cheese of your liking (grated)

1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F.
2 – Taka a muffin tray and grease it.
[Optional] 3 – Fry the bacon using a frying pan for a few minutes.
4 – Put each bacon slice into a muffing soft while ensuring that the bacon is wrapped thoroughly around the sides of the tin.
5 – Add an egg to each muffin slot with the bacon. Sprinkle a little salt, black pepper, and grated cheese (if using) on
top of each muffin slot containing the bacon and egg.
6 – Place the muffin tray in the oven for about 20 minutes.
7 – Serve hot or let the bacon and egg pies cups cool down at room temperature to have them warm.
1 If you like to have eggs that are semi-cooked then prior to adding the eggs, place the muffin tray containing the bacon slices in the oven for 10 minutes. Now, add the eggs and cook for another 10 minutes.
2 It is possible to prepare these bacon and egg cups in bulk and then freeze them. When required to consume them, ensure that they are completely defrosted and piping hot when taken out of the oven.
