Ingredients required for Cajun Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

For the sauce:

   5  tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided (or to taste, can use store-bought or homemade)

  4  tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  2  whole chicken breasts (about 1.25 pounds)



  5  cloves fresh garlic, minced

  1  cup Chicken broth

  1 cup heavy whipping cream

  a handful of fresh minced parsley, divided (some for garnish)

  6  ounces parmesan cheese, divided (some for garnish)

 Spaghetti squash

 

How to Prepare Keto Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo:

 

1    Firstly, we have to season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.



2   Take a skillet over medium-high heat and add two tablespoons of butter.

3   When butter is melted well brown your chicken till it is cooked well.

4   When it is cooked well remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

5   Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter.

6   When butter is melted well add minced garlic and stir well.

7   Then add chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.

8   Then add parsley, and parmesan cheese and stir well.



9   Add Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper according to taste.

10   Cook till cheese is melted well and forms into the sauce.

11   Then we have to add Spaghetti squash and cook well.

12   With the help of a knife cut the chicken into pieces and put it into the skillet.

13  Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.

14  Serve and enjoy!
