  • You can use plain meat instead of the ground chorizo

How to Prepare 

Step #01 – Preheat the oven to 3500F

now Step #02 – Use a silicone mat or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Step #03 – Place 2, 3-oz piles of cheese about 2-inch apart on the baking sheet or silicone mat

now Step #04 – Press down the cheese to make the layer as thin as possible

Step #05 – Place it in the oven and bake for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese turn brown

now Step #06 – Let the cheese cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Thereafter, put it aside and let it cool off completely

Step #07 – Continue baking all the taco shells in a similar way whilst place the ground chorizo in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until completely cooked through

now Step #08 – Drain all the grease from the meat and add half packet of taco seasoning and diced tomatoes & green chilies to the meat

Step #09 – Cook the mix on a simmer heat setting for about 5 minutes and add ¼ teaspoon salt or as per taste

now Step #10 – Add the meat to the taco shells and top with taco toppings

Step #11 – Serve and enjoy!
