1 For Dough: · One and a half cup shredded mozzarella ·
2 2 tablespoons cream cheese · One cup almond flour ·
3 1 beaten egg ·
4 Salt and Pepper For Filling: ·
5 2 mozzarella cheese sticks with each cut into 8 pieces ·
6 One by fourth cup bacon bits or finely diced cooked bacon ·
7 1 small fresh jalapeno finely diced · Finely chopped fresh chives to garnish.

1 Initially, you need to preheat the oven to 375 F. ·
2 Mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave it for a whole minute.
