Ingredients required for crab rangoon recipe :
Filling: baked crab rangoon
1/2 cup La Terra fina sriracha 3-cheese dip
3 tbsp Green onions (sliced)
2 tsp. coconut aminos
3 oz. Lump crab meat

3 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 cup Blanched Almond flour
2 large Eggs
1/2 tsp. Xanthan gum

1/4 cup Avocado Oil

1/4 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
How to prepare low carb crab rangoon Taco:
1 Firstly, we have to make the dough. Take the food processor and add almond flour and beaten eggs and blend it till uniform.
2 Take a microwave bowl or take a pan and melt the mozzarella cheese till it melted well.
3 Now we have to add the mozzarella cheese into the food processor and blend again till smooth dough forms.
4 Now sprinkle the xanthan gum on the top of the dough and process well.
5 Make the dough into the refrigerate for around 20 minutes to make it sticky.
1 Take a large bowl and add chopped green onions, coconut aminos ,La Tera Fina dip and mix well till well combined.
2 Now carefully fold this into the lump crab meat.
1 Now divide the dough into several parts and make a ball of each part.
2 Place the dough ball into the between of parchment paper and roll out into thin square.
3 With the help of knife cut them into a grid of squares.
4 With the help of scoop fill the mixture and gently fold the corner of each square and seal the edges making a triangle.
5 Do the same process with all the crab Rangoon.
6 Take a large skillet over medium high heat and add oil in it.
7 When heated up the oil adds the crab Rangoon and cover the skillet for 2-3 minutes or till it look golden brown.
8 Cook well from both sides and remove on a plate with paper towel to drain.
9 Do the same process and cook well one by one.
10 You can serve it with low carb sauce.
