Ingredients required for Keto low carb fat bombs recipe

1     Cream Cheese/Mascarpone 240 gms

2    Cocoa (Unsweetened) 2 tablespoons

3    Sweetener (Powdered) 4 tablespoons

4    Strong Coffee (Chilled) 60 ml
     

Chocolate Coating, Atkins fat bombs
1     Chocolate (Melted) 70 gms
2    Cocoa Butter (Melted) 28 gms

Note: – Zero carb fat bomb
You can use a chocolate coating instead of melted chocolate if you want to have less sweetened Keto Mocha Ice Bombs.

 How to Prepare Easy Keto Bomb Recipes

1 – Use a food processor for preparing the mocha ice bombs. You can also mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl using your hands

2 – Now, add the coffee to the cream cheese or mascarpone, the cocoa and the sweetener to the blend

3 – Pulse or blend the mix until you get a smooth mixture

4 – Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place them onto a tray or a plate lined with baking parchment

5 – Now, mix cocoa butter and the melted chocolate together

6 – Roll each ice bomb in the chocolate coating and then put it back on the lined tray or plate

7 – Put the tray or plate in the freezer for about 2 hours or so

8 – Eat and enjoy! no carb fat bombs
