2 Chicken Wings 3 lbs
3 Garlic (Minced) 4 cloves
4 Grated Parmesan ½ cup or ½ ounce

 

5 Pepper As per taste
6 Parsley (Dried) 2 teaspoons
7 Parsley (Chopped) As per taste
8 Red Pepper Flakes A pinch
9 Salt As per taste
10 Salted Butter ¼ cup

Instead of using chopped parsley, chopped rosemary can also be used

You need about 65 minutes, 15 minutes for prepping it up and 50 minutes for cooking, in total for preparing the yummy Keto Guiltless Garlic Parmesan Wings recipe

 Here is the complete step-by-step instruction list for making delectable low-carb meals:

1 – Preheat the oven to 2500F

2 – Line a baking sheet with foil and place it over a baking rack over it

3 – brush the rack with oil for preventing sticking

4 – Dry the wings and sprinkle them with baking powder, salt and pepper before placing them inside a plastic bag

5 – Seal the plastic bag and shake it well

6 – Take out the wings on the baking rack and bake for about 30 minutes

7 – Increase the oven temperature to 4250F and continue baking for another 20 to 30 minutes or until it turns crispy

8 – Take out the wings and place them inside a large bowl

9 – Melt the butter and add garlic, parsley and pepper flakes to it

10 – Pour it over the chicken wings and sprinkle over the parmesan

11 – Sprinkle parmesan with salt and pepper as per taste

12 – Serve immediately with dipping sauce and enjoy!
