4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
4 eggs
1/4 cup canned jalapenos (diced)
1/4 cup onions (diced)

● Instead of the cheddar cheese, you can use other types of cheese too, such as Colby cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.

1 – Spray a baking dish, 8×8 inch or some other, with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 0 F.

2 – Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth mixture.

3 – Add the mixture to the baking dish.

4 – Bake the mixture for about 30 minutes or up until jalapeno turns light golden brown on the top.
