Gather All the Ingredients:
1 To make your masala kebab powder, You need a variety of spices.
2 Make sure to have cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, black pepper, cumin and fennel seeds on hand.
3 If you prefer more fire in your kebab powder, you can add some red chilli pepper as well

Dry Toast and Grind Spices Individually:

2 Transfer the powder into an airtight jar or container & it will last up to three months in a cool dark place.
