1 cup Almond Flour
¼ Cup Coconut Flour
¾ Cup Flax Meal
2 tbsp. Ghee/butter
2 tbsp. Ground Chia Seeds
1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
2 tbsp. Psyllium Husk or Powder(optional)
1 Cup Lukewarm Water
How to make Low-carb Indian flatbread Keto diet in India
1. Take a large bowl and add almond flour, coconut flour, flax meal, ground chia seeds, and salt according to taste Lukewarm water & mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough cover it with a towel and let it for 30 minutes.
2. Before making the almond Meal Roti knead it with your fingers.
3. Divide dough into 4, Parts and make a roll in a round shape in the centre and press with fingers
4. Do the same process with all parts.
5. Now, take a parchment paper & put it in between parchment paper & roll it out.
6. Take a pan over medium-high heat & put the roll-out roti into the skillet & cook Properly on both sides.
7. When cooking Properly, apply ghee/butter on both sides
