7 – Shallots (Finely Chopped) 2 tablespoon
How to Prepare Balsamic Steak Roll Ups
Go down the following step-by-step procedure to know how to prepare the delectable Keto Balsamic Steak Roll-Ups:
Step #01 – Season the steak slices with freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste and put aside
now Step #02 – Place a skillet over medium flame and melt ghee in it
Step #03 – Add shallots to the skillet and cook until they turn soft. This should take about 3 minutes
now Step #04 – Add beef stock, honey and balsamic vinegar to the mix. Again, season with salt and pepper to taste
Step #05 – Bring the mixture to a boil now Step #06 – Lower the heat to a simmer setting. Keep it that way until the entire liquid is
reduced to about half of the original quantity. Now, transfer it to a bowl
Step #07 – Add some cooking fat to the same skillet and cook the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Thereafter, add all the remaining vegetables to the skillet and cook the mix until you get a crunchy and smooth mixture. It will take about 3 to 4 minutes
now Step #08 – Season the mix with basil, sea salt, pepper and basil. Then, transfer it to a bowl
Step #09 – Put a small pile of vegetables in the centre of each beef slice. Roll the meat tightly around the filling. Use a toothpick to secure now Step #10 – Put the beef rolls in the skillet and cook over a medium-high heat setting until the meat is completely cooked through
Step #11 – Remove the toothpicks and spoon some balsamic sauce
