Ingredients required for Almond Flour Bread Pudding

Bread:
200 grams of almond flour
118 ml water
100 grams butter (melted)
50 grams sugar substitute
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder

236 ml heavy cream
50 grams sugar substitute
2 eggs

How to Prepare the Almond Flour Bread Pudding

Bread: Almond Flour Bread Pudding

1 – Add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, vanilla, and water to a bowl. Stir thoroughly.

2 – Next, add almond flour and baking powder to the mixture while stirring continuously.

3 – Pour the bread mixture into a loaf tin, either greased or lined. Bake the same at 350 0 F for about 45 minutes or

until a stick inserted into the centre of the bread turns out clean. Set it aside and let it cool at room temperature.

Pudding: Almond Flour Bread Pudding

1 – Add all pudding ingredients to an appropriately sized bowl and mix well.

2 – Cut the bread loaf into pieces and place them into a casserole dish.

3 – Now, pour the mixture onto the bread loaves and bake at 350 0 F for about 45 minutes.

4 – Add extra cinnamon on top of the bread pudding and sprinkle some sugar substitute prior to serving.
