Keto Bread Pudding

Ingredients required for Keto Bread Pudding
Total Servings – 8
Prep Time – 20 minutes
Cooking Time – 45 minutes
Bread:
 200 grams almond flour
 118 ml water
 100 grams butter (melted)
 50 grams sugar substitute
 2 eggs
 1 tablespoon vanilla
 1 teaspoon baking powder



Pudding:
 236 ml heavy cream
 50 grams sugar substitute
 2 eggs
 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
 1 tablespoon vanilla

 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

How to Prepare the Keto Bread Pudding



Bread:
Step #01 – Add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, vanilla, and water in a bowl. Stir thoroughly.
Step #02 – Next, add almond flour and baking powder to the mixture while stirring continuously.
Step #03 – Pour the bread mixture in a loaf tin, either greased or lined. Bake the same at 350 0 F for about 45 minutes or until a stick inserted into the center of the bread turns out clean. Set it aside and let it cool at room temperature.
Pudding:
Step #01 – Add all pudding ingredients in an appropriately-sized bowl and mix well.
Step #02 – Cut the bread loaf into pieces and place them into a casserole dish.
Step #03 – Now, pour the mixture on the bread loaves and bake at 350 0 F for about 45 minutes.
Step #04 – Add extra cinnamon on top of the bread pudding and sprinkle some sugar substitute prior to serving.
