Keto Egg Free Rolls: Ingredients required 

Dry ingredients: Keto bread rolls

   1 and one-fourth almond flour (150 grams)
   One-fourth cup of coconut flour (30 grams)
   One-fourth cup and three tablespoons of ground psyllium husk (37 grams)
  Half tablespoon salt
  Two tablespoon baking powder

 Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
 One tablespoon of olive oil
 One cup of hot water

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

 

 How to make Keto Egg Free Rolls

1   Initially, you need to preheat the oven to 375 F (180 C). Now, get a baking tray with the parchment paper and set it aside.
2   Get a large mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients very first such as almond flour, coconut flour, ground psyllium husk, baking powder as well as salt. Now, stir it unless it combines properly.

3   You can now add the Apple cider vinegar, and olive oil and then, stir in the hot water. You need to combine it well for a whole minute with the spatula.

4  The water would be absorbed by the mixture and when the mixture starts drying out, it will create the bread dough.

5  Always remember that it should stay a little soft as well as sticky so that you will be able to form a ball with your hand. If you can’t make this happen, add 1 teaspoon husk at a time.

6  But, remember to not add more than 1 tablespoon of husk.



7   You can set aside 10 minutes to let the fibre absorbs liquid. The dough must be elastic, and soft which would also be easy to divide into 6 small balls.

8   You can also roll small balls between your hands and place them on the baking tray. Don’t leave much space more than a half thumb between the pieces of bread as they won’t get expanded in the process of baking.

9  You can brush the top of every bread ball with a little tap water. You can use a pastry brush for this.

10   You can now sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top of every piece of bread. This will help in making the dish more delicious.

11   Now, you need to bake it for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C. It would be better if you place the tray at the bottom of the oven for  30 minutes, then you can swap to the top level of the oven for extra 15 minutes.

12  If you love the bread crust, you can turn the grill mode for extra 5 minutes after 40-4 minutes of baking time. You also need to watch them closely to avoid the top of them burning.

13   Now, you have to fully cool down a cooling rack.

14   So, now you can slice it halfway and enjoy it as a bread roll with butter, ham or cheese. coconut buns
