Note:



  • Instead of using baking soda and apple cider vinegar, you can also use 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • For preparing coconut-flavored keto bread, you need to use same amount of coconut flour instead of the almond flour

 

How to Prepare the Keto Bread

 

Here is the step by step procedure for preparing the yummy and healthy Keto Bread:

Step #01 – Preheat the oven to 3750F

Now Step #02 – Take out White eggs into a separate bowl and mix them with the cream of tartar

Step #03 – Use a hand mixer to beat the eggs in the bowl. Keep doing until soft peaks appear



Now Step #04 – Add all ingredients, other than the whisked egg mix, to a food processor and blend until a uniform texture appears

Step #05 – Put the mix into a bowl. Gently fold it in the egg white mixture

Now Step #06 – Grease a loaf pan, an 8×4 is ideal, and pour the bread mixture onto it

Step #07 – Bake for 30 minutes

Now Step #08 – Serve and enjoy!

    Do I separate the egg whites and whip them. I have never seen “soft peaks” beating entire eggs.

    Are you supposed to separate the eggs? Yolks go in the food processor and whites get whipped with the cream of tartar?
