Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits


The keto cheddar bay biscuits is a low-carb version of the popular Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits recipe. They are excellent when served with a seafood delicacy.

Ingredients required
Total Servings – 10
Prep Time – 30 minutes
Cooking Time – 15 minutes
 113.5 grams ounces cream cheese
 2 eggs
 2 tablespoons baking powder
 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 2/3 cup almond flour
 1/2 teaspoon parsley (dried)
 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

How to Prepare

Preparing the keto cheddar bay biscuits isn’t a complex process. Although prep time is 30
minutes, the total cooking time is only 15 minutes.
1 – Take a small bowl and mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic, onion powder, and parsley in it. Set aside

2 – Take a microwave-safe bowl and pour cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in it. Microwave at high heat setting for about 30 seconds and stir well
3 – Next, add the almond flour mixture and eggs to the microwave-safe bowl and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cheddar cheese
4 – Cover the bowl properly and refrigerate it for about 20 minutes
5 – Preheat the oven to 400 0 F and use a non-stick spray on a baking dish or skillet
6 – Pour several dollops of biscuit dough over the baking dish or skillet
7 – Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes
8 – Remove the baking dish or skillet from the heat and allow the same to cool
