2 –  Ground Flaxseed Meal 3 tablespoons

How to Prepare Keto Cheese Chips

1 – Preheat the oven to 4250F

02 – Form small mounds, each of 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese, on a non-stick Silpat. Spread the mounds to let them melt and expand while cooking

3 – Measure 3 tablespoons of flaxseed meal in a small ramekin. Use it to distribute the flax evenly among all cheese chips

4 – Add seasonings to the chips

5 – Now, put all the chips in the oven for about 10 minutes or so. You will notice little holes forming in the chips when you will take them out from the oven

6 – Let the chips cool for 1 or 2 minutes. This will allow them to get crisp. You can give shape to the chips at this step

7 – Now, transfer all the chips to a paper towel. This will help to get rid of all the excess grease

8 – Thereafter, transfer them to a platter plate

9 – Put salsa in the middle of the plate and enjoy!
