Keto Cheese Souffle Sometimes, when I am nervous about a bake, I whisper words of love and encouragement into the oven as I close the door. I know it’s silly, but, my first time trying my hand at a Cheese Souffle Recipe & it came delicious.

Ingredients required Keto Cheese Souffle

  2, tablespoon butter ( 1 oz)

  One heaped tablespoon of almond flour ( 0.3 oz)

  1/4teaspoon sea salt

  1/3cup almond milk (2.7 fl oz)

  2, teaspoon dijon mustard

  Half cup shredded cheddar cheese (/ 2 oz)

  2, tablespoon + 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or other Italian hard cheese (1.1. oz)

  3, large eggs, separated

 How to prepare Keto Cheese Souffle

1    Take a medium-sized pan and add butter to it to melt. Now, add one tablespoon of almond flour and sea salt till it dissolves into the butter.

2  Add milk and Dijon on it & whisk continues till it gets smooth. Let it stir till our mixture starts to boil. Whisk until it has stiffened a bit, about 5 minutes.

Keto Cheese Souffle

  3  Add the cheddar cheese and two tablespoons of the parmesan & stir to combine, and then remove from heat.


   4  Blend the egg yolks into the cheese mixture and stir until it is dissolved.10

5   Crush the egg whites with any hand or stand mixer till diligently peaks are formed.

6  Smoothly fold the cheese mixture through the eggs till combined.

7  Place on a baking tray inside the oven. Carefully spoon the mixture in the middle of the ramekins, and sprinkle with the remaining One tablespoon of parmesan.

8  Bake at 340 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Do watch it continuously till done. when raised, the tops have browned.

9 Serve immediately and have fun
