1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3 Mix well with hands until combined.
4 Shape into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5 Remove from oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
6 Return to the oven for 5 more minutes or until the cheese has melted. Slice and serve immediately.
