How to Prepare Low Carb Cinnamon Apples

Follow the following steps to prepare the delectable and healthy keto cinnamon apples with vanilla sauce recipe:
1 – Add butter, star anise and vanilla to ¼ of the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan
2 – Place the saucepan over medium-high heat setting and bring the mix to a boil

3 – Lower the heat to simmer and let the mixture heat for another 5 minutes or until the sauce turns creamy with        continuous stirring
4 – Remove the saucepan from the heat and also remove the star anise
5 – Add egg yolk to the mix while strongly whisking the mix
6 – Now, place the mix in the refrigerator and let it cool
7 – Whisk the remaining heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Do so until soft peaks start to form
8 – Put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or so
9 – Wash the apples. You can peel them but the peel adds color, flavor and texture, so it’s entirely up to you
10 – Cut the apples into thin slices
11 – Heat butter in a frying pan
12 – Brown the apple slices in the frying pan with butter. Add cinnamon when the slices turn golden
13 – Serve warm apple slices with vanilla sauce and enjoy!

Note:-
 Prepare the flavoured cream 1 day before working with the recipe and refrigerate it
 You can add the cream sauce to serving cups for making it thicken up faster
