Keto Cinnamon Roll

Craving for an afternoon treat? Choose Keto Cinnamon as it will blow your mind in a very positive way. These are really soft, chewy, fluffy and utterly delicious. This recipe also works best with the pre- shredded mozzarella.

Ingredients required to make Keto Cinnamon Roll:
· 175 grams shredded mozzarella
· 80 grams of almond flour
· 2 tablespoons cream cheese
· 1 egg at room temperature
· Half tablespoon baking powder




For filling purpose:
· 2 tablespoon water
· 2 tablespoon granulated sweetener
· 2 tablespoon cinnamon

For frosting purpose:
· 2 tablespoons cream cheese
· 1 tablespoon full-fat yogurt
· 2 drops of vanilla stevia

How to make Cinnamon roll?

· Initially, you need to pre-heat the oven to 180-degree celsius.
· Next, you can melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a non-stick pot over low heat or also with the help of a microwave. Now, you can take off the stove but do check that the cheese is melted and not bubbly.
· Stir in the egg.



· Now, you need to add the almond flour and baking powder. You can do combine them with the help of the fork and use your hands to create a smooth dough. It would be much easier if you lightly oil your hands.
· Now, divide the dough into 6 balls each that carries 50 grams calories.
· You can now form long rolls (ca 40 cm), and then flatten them out with your hands. Just make sure you create that dough as thin as you can.



· Now, you need to prepare your cinnamon filling by boiling water and then stirring in the sweetener and cinnamon.
· You can spread the cinnamon paste over the flattened dough rolls.
· Now, you roll into a bun and cut the sideways into half.
· So, now you have 12 buns in total which you place on a non-stick baking sheet or in a pie dish.
· Bake it for around 20 minutes.
· Till the time rolls are in the oven, prepare the frosting with cream cheese, yogurt, and stevia.
· Now, you can spread over the warm rolls and serve it.
