For the pastry:
1 ¾cup Grated mozzarella cheese
¾cup Almond flour
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons Cream cheese
1 Large Egg
¼ cup granulated sweetener
For the cream cheese:
4 ounces softened cream cheese
⅓ cup powdered sweetener
1 tablespoon Heavy cream

How to prepare Keto Cheese Danish Recipe
1 In the first step, we have to preheat our oven to 200C.
2 Take a large bowl and add mozzarella cheese, almond flour, sweetener and salt and mix well till well combined.
3 Then we have to add cream cheese on top and microwave it for one minute and melt it till it melted fully.
4 Allow the dough to cool fully and add the beaten egg and mix it with your hands.
5 Divide the dough onto parchment paper into 6 pieces.
6 Press the dough with your hands and bake it for 10 minutes.
7 Now we will make cream cheese toppings.
8 Take a bowl and add cream cheese, powdered sweetener and heavy cream and mix well.
9 Remove the pastries from the oven and top with cream cheese frosting.
10 Place it in the oven and bake it for 5 to 7 minutes more.
11 Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
