Ingredients required for Crispy Keto Green Tomatoes Recipe

    2 large green tomatoes

    1/4 cup almond flour

   1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

   1/2 cup pork rind crumbs

   1 teaspoon garlic powder

   1/8 teaspoon salt

   2 teaspoons parsley, dried

  1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried

  1/2 teaspoon paprika

  2 large raw eggs

  avocado oil spray

How to prepare Crispy Low Carb Green Tomato Recipes

 

1      Firstly wash the tomatoes in running water.

2     Then cut into ½-inch slices.

3     Make sure 5 slices per tomato and place two layers of paper towel to dry.

4     When it is dried well season it with salt and pepper.

5     Take a bowl and add beaten eggs in it and beat eggs together; enough for dipping the tomato slices.

6    Take another bowl and add almond flour, parmesan cheese, pork rinds, oregano, parsley, garlic, salt, and paprika and mix well till well combined.

7     Soak the tomato slices into the beaten egg and then place them into breading mixture and cover it from both sides.

8    Make sure not to press down and then place them on a plate.

9    Now spray the air fryer basket and both sides of the tomatoes.

10   Place at least four tomato slices into the basket.

11   Now air fryer the tomatoes at 400 degrees for seven to eight minutes.

12   Spray again with avocado oil and cook it for another three to four minutes.

13    Serve it with keto sauce.
