113.5 grams cream cheese
4 eggs (large)
4 tablespoons butter (melted and grass-fed)
3 cups almond flour
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

How to Prepare Keto Hamburger Bun
Step #01 – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set the oven to 400 0 F.
Step #02 – In a big bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until both blend together well.
Step #03 – Next, add 3 eggs to the cheese mixture while stirring continuously. Add the almond flour and stir to mix thoroughly to form a dough.
Step #04 – Use the dough to form 6 equal-sized balls. Place them on the baking sheet and whisk the 4th egg.
Step #05 – Grease each dough ball with whisked egg and melted butter followed by sprinkling some sesame seeds.
Step #06 – Put the dough balls in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step #07 – Remove from the oven and place each ball into 2 buns.
Step #08 – Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Note: You can also use the dough prepared for these keto hamburger buns to make low-carb bagels, bread rolls, and keto bread. Adding blueberries and some low-carb sweetener to the dough can be used for preparing low-carb blueberry muffins.
