My hoagie roll recipe is Truly versatile. Not only does it make the best low carb hoagie buns, but it also makes Batter bread, bread bowls, and dinner rolls.

Ingredients required for Keto Hoagie Rolls Recipe:

   4 ounces Almond Flour

   ½ cup Golden Flax Meal

   ¼cup Psyllium Husk Powder

   2teaspoons Baking powder

   ½ teaspoon Salt

   4large Egg Whites

   2teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

   1cup Water room temperature

How to prepare Keto Hoagie Rolls Recipe:

1   Firstly, we have to preheat our oven to 180C & we have to add parchment paper on the cookie sheet and grease it with melted butter.

2   Take a large bowl & add all the dry ingredients and mix well till well combined.

3   Now in, a large bowl, we have to add beaten egg and with the help of hand mixer mix, well till well combined.

4   Now in, the same bowl, add the vinegar and water and mix it well.

5   We have to put the dry ingredients mixture into the bowl of the beaten egg and mix all the ingredients well.

6   Leave” the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes to set it aside.

7   When you feel the dough is firmer and sticky, with the help of a Spoon, add the dough into the between of the parchment paper and make it shape into a thick rectangle.

8   We have to cut into 4″ sized rectangles and then put them into a prepared cookie sheet.

9   We have to make round shapes of the edges and cut them into 3″ deep slices on the top of each bun.

10  Now, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes or till buns cook well.

11   Allow them cool before slicing.
