How to Prepare Keto Jalapeno Cheddar Burger

1 – If you want to use the grill, then preheat it to medium level

3 – Take a small bowl and put garlic powder, diced cheesy burger and cream cheese in it

4 – Mix properly all the ingredients present in the bowl

5 – Cut down the meat into four pieces, which are even in size (7 ounces each)

6–Now combine meat with minced onion, salt and pepper

7 –From the cream cheese mixture, take ¼th of its content and flatten it in the shape of a pancake

 

8 – Take the meat piece and cover it with the cheese mixture in a uniform manner

9 – Use a small amount of olive oil for brushing it around the piece of meat

11 – For broiling the Jalapeño cheddar burger, you need to place the burger on a pan covered with foil at a distance of 6” from the broiler.

Broil both sides for 5 to 6 minutes or until each side is completely cooked.
