2 – After removing, bacon from the pan

3 – Let the bacon cool

4 – De-seed a jalapeno pepper and slice it into small pieces. You can add the seeds of the jalapeno later if desired.

5 – Mix cream cheese, jalapeno and spices in a separate bowl. Season the mix with salt and pepper

6 – Now, add the bacon fat to the mixture and blend it until the mix runs smooth

7 – Crumble the bacon and set it aside on a plate

8 – Roll the cream cheese mixture into balls and then roll them into the crumbled bacon
