1  2 cups compressed pork rinds

2  3/4 th cups nicely minced Parmesan cheese

3  1 full teaspoon garlic powder

4  1 full teaspoons Italian seasoning

5  1 full teaspoon onion powder

6  2 large eggs

7  2.49 kg boneless skinless chicken breasts, particularly in tender-size pieces

8  1 whole cup buffalo wing sauce

9  1/4 th cup butter (1/2 stick)

How do you make Keto Chicken Tender Recipe?

1  Start while combining the pork rinds, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning as well as onion powder and mix them well until it gets well incorporated. Make it into a thin layer on a broad plate.

2   Beat the white stiff eggs into a shallow bowl with the fork. Now, dip the chicken tenders in the egg wash and then, take them  into the mixture

5  Next, heat the buffalo wing sauce along with the butter over medium flame in a small pan. You need to cook until the butter gets melted and mixed thoroughly into the sauce. Now, transfer the sauce to a big mixing bowl.

6  You can now dip the tenders in the sauce until it gets thoroughly coated.
