The following list details the various ingredients and their respective quantities required for preparing the keto low carb meatloaf recipe:

     907 grams ground beef
     85 grams tomato paste
     8 cloves garlic (minced)
     2 eggs (large)
    Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
    2 teaspoons sea salt
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice
    1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal or almond flour
    Half onion (diced)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
   1/3 cup sugar-free ketchup [Optional]

 The meatloaf is very tender and thus, can be difficult to cut. Let it stay at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing

 Try to avoid overworking the meat while mixing the ingredients. Doing this can result in a number of issues like the meatloaf falling apart and getting a weird taste and texture

 You can freeze the keto meatloaf in advance

How to Prepare Keto Cheesy Meatloaf

1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F and grease a 9×5 inches loaf pan

2 – Take a large bowl and thoroughly mix all the ingredients in it except for the ketchup, if using. Don’t overmix

3 – Pour the mixture onto the loaf pan and bake for about 30 minutes

4 – Uniformly spread the ketchup, if using, over the meatloaf and bake it for another 25 to 45 minutes or until cooked through

5 – Let the meatloaf cool for about 10 minutes. Slice the meatloaf as per your desired thickness

6 – Serve and enjoy!

Note:- Keto Cheesy Meatloaf

 If you require a sturdier and less tender meatloaf then increase the golden flaxseed meal quantity to 2/3 cup

 Use a serrated bread knife for slicing the meatloaf
