My husband made a Paneer Mushroom Tikka Masala Recipe for dinner tonight, which was very tasty. This Recipe is a perfect keto side dish/ snack to enjoy.

Ingredients required for Paneer Mushroom Tikka Recipe

75  g  paneer

1/2 onion

3 tablespoon tomato puree

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 tablespoon fresh cream

Turmeric as required

75 g  mushroom

1/2 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

salt As required

1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

70 ml of milk

1 tablespoon ghee

How to prepare Keto Paneer Mushroom Tikka:

 

1      Take a chopping board and cut cheese into cubes.

2     Then slice the mushrooms, finely chop the onions and make tomato puree separately.

3     Take a pan over medium-high heat and then add ghee to it.

4     When ghee is hot well add garlic paste and ginger paste into it and stir well.

5     Then we have to add chopped onions into the pan and sauté well till it turns golden brown in colour.

6     Then we have to add mushrooms and paneer into it and cook well.

7     Now we have to add tomato puree into it and mix it well into all the ingredients.

8     Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cumin powder and mix it well.

9    Then we have to add milk and cream to it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.

10    When you can see the gravy thickens move it into another bowl and top it with coriander leaves.
