Keto Pasta with Blue Cheese Sauce

Keto pasta is creamy, delectable and easy to cook. Adding blue cheese sauce to the pasta is just amazing. Of course, the keto recipe requires some effort.

However, once you savor the gluten-free, low-carb pasta with the delectable blue cheese sauce, you will come to the realization that it is worth the effort. You can either have the pasta right away or freeze it and consume 2-3 days later.

Ingredients required

How to Prepare
Following are the step by step procedures for preparing the kept pasta as well as the blue
cheese sauce:
Pasta Preparation
1 – Preheat the oven to 300 0 F
2 – Take a bowl and whisk cream cheese, eggs and salt into a smooth mix

3 – Continue whisking and add the psyllium husk slowly and let the mixed batter stay for about 2 minutes
4 – Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place another parchment paper on top of it
5 – Flatten the batter with a rolling pin until the batter forms a 13×18-inch block
6 – Place the batter in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
7 – Now, let it cool and then remove the parchment paper
8 – Use a pizza slicer or knife to cut the pasta into thin strips
9 – Serve with blue cheese and enjoy!

Blue Cheese Sauce Preparation

1 – Add the blue cheese to a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Stir frequently
2 – Now, add cream cheese to the saucepan and continuously stir for a few minutes
3 – Add butter and stir the mix until it runs smooth
4 – Serve with keto pasta and enjoy!
 Avoid bringing sauce to a boil as it needs to be hot only
 You can top keto pasta and blue cheese sauce with freshly grated parmesan cheese and roasted pine nuts
