Name of the Ingredient Amount: Keto Fathead Pizza Recipe

Asiago Cheese (Shaved) As per taste

Broccoli Heads (Steamed & Chopped) 1/3 cup

Garlic (Minced) 1 tablespoon

Garlic Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Ghee 2 tablespoon

Heavy Cream 1 tablespoon

Lemon Pepper Seasoning 1/8 tablespoon

Mascarpone Cheese 1/4 cup

Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) 1 cup

Pizza Cheese Blend (Shredded) 1 cup

Salt 2 pinches

While adding Asiago Cheese to the dish, make sure not to add too much as it can change the taste from mascarpone cheese to that of asiago cheese.

 How to Prepare Keto Fathead Pizza Recipe

1 – Put a non-stick pan on the stove/range at a medium heat setting.

2 – Apply some olive oil onto the non-stick pan. Wait until the pan becomes hot and starts to gleam.

3 – Form a circle using the pizza cheese blend on top of the heated non-stick pan.

4 – Thereafter, add the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza cheese blend.  Form it into a circle too.

5 – Cook the mix for roughly 4 to 5 minutes.

6 – Use a spatula to check the mix for crispiness. Carefully slide the spatula under all the edges of the mix and remove the crust from the pan. Put it onto a plate and let it cool.

7 – Put mascarpone cheese on the pan and add garlic, ghee, heavy cream, lemon pepper, and salt on top of it.

8 – Cook the mixture until it is completely melted.

9 – Watch out for bubbling in the mix, remove the mix from the pan as soon as it starts to bubble.

10 – Sprinkle about one-half of the mixture on the crust.

11 – Thereafter, add the chopped & steamed broccoli to the remaining half.

12 – Cook the mix for about 1 minute or so, until it starts bubbling.

13 – Now, add the broccoli to the pizza.

14 – Before serving drizzle the lemon pepper and shaved asiago cheese seasoning over the pizza.

15     Enjoy having the delectable food with your family and friends.
