Keto Sausage McMuffin. Sausage Egg McMuffin Keto Dirty keto breakfast today. I have been craving a sausage mc muffin for weeks, So today finally caved.
This completely satisfied my craving. I try to stay away” from fast food nowadays if” you find yourself getting something of convenience just’ it is a good idea to check your macros and track your calories! My favourite keto breakfast is here.

Ingredients required for Keto Sausage McMuffin:
For the low-carb English muffins:
3 Eggs whites & Yolks separated
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
6 oz. room temperature cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ground breakfast sausage Separated into 3, equal parts
3 Slices of American cheese
3 Eggs

How to prepare Keto sausage mc muffin:
For the muffins: Keto Sausage McMuffin
1 Take a bowl and add parmesan cheese, egg yolks, cream cheese, and 1′ teaspoon of salt and with the help of a hand mixer or stand mixer, Mix it well till well combined and set it aside.
2 Mix the egg whites in a separate bowl till stiff peaks form.
3 Fold a small amount of egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
4 Then continue to add” a generous amount of egg whites and fold the mixture in it’ till” it is well combined & has become Yellow’ pale Colour.
5 Use the cookie cutter to make the perfect shape and add cooking spray” to it.
6 Take a medium non-stick pan and add olive oil to it.
7 Then add half a cup of batter to it & fry it for 2 minutes” well.
8 With the help of a Spatula’ flip the muffin and cook it for 2 minutes well.
For the sausage patty: Keto Sausage McMuffin
1 Take a cutting board & line it with parchment paper & place a piece of ground sausage and cover it with another piece of parchment paper.
2 With the help of a plate or bowl, press the sausage down, creating a patty.
3 Fry it for 4 minutes from each side.
4 Then place a slice of American cheese on top.
5 Do the same process with the remaining meat and mixture.
For the egg: Keto Sausage McMuffin
1 With the help of a cookie cutter, place it in the middle of a” medium pan.
2 Then spray the cookie cutter with cooking spray.
3 Break the egg inside the cookie cutter & make sure to break the yolk.
4 Add a small amount of water into the pan and cover it.
5 Cook it for 2 minutes or till the egg can be flipped.
6 Continue to cook for one minute more.

Assembly: Keto Sausage McMuffin
1 Place the egg on top of the sausage and cheese patty and sandwich it between two English muffins. Enjoy!
