3 low-carb double chocolate chips (like Fat Snax Cookies)

1 tablespoon butter (melted)

1 tablespoon Swerve sweetener (substitute for brown sugar)

For peanut butter cheesecake: Keto Cheesecake Crust Recipe

230 grams of cream cheese (softened)

3 tablespoons peanut butter

Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/3 cup monk fruit with granular erythritol

1/4 cup sour cream

One egg (large)

Keto chocolate syrup

Keto salted caramel

Note: 

● To soften the cream cheese, microwave it for about 15 seconds. Heat again for 5 to 10 seconds if it isn’t.

How to Prepare a Keto Cheesecake Crust Recipe

1 – Set the oven to 350 0 F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

2 – Mix all the crust ingredients using a food processor.



 
3 – Pour the crust mixture into the baking pan and press firmly to set it.

4 – Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

5 – Remove the baking pan from the oven and preheat the same to 300 0 F.

6 – Use a stand mixer to mix all the cheesecake ingredients. Continue mixing until you get a smooth blend.



7 – Now, add the cheesecake mixture to the crust and add water to a larger baking pan than the one having the cheesecake-crust mixture. This will serve as the water bath for the cheesecake.

8 – Next, add the cheesecake crust to the water bath and place it inside the oven.

9 – Bake the cheesecake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the centre becomes firm i.e. a toothpick inserted must come out clean.

10 – Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool for about 4 hours. Before serving, top and then bake the keto cheesecake recipe with chocolate drizzle and salted caramel.
