How to Prepare Keto Stuffed Peppers

10 minutes are required for prepping the ingredients and 40 minutes for actual cooking. So, here is the step by step guide on cooking the keto stuffed peppers:

now Step #01 – Start with preheating the oven to 375oF

Step #02 – Wash the peppers carefully followed by chopping off the tops. Set aside the tops and remove the seeds from inside

now Step #03 – Season the insides of the peppers with salt and pepper. Set it aside

Step #04 – Take a frying pan, pour olive oil into it, and place it on a medium heat setting. Cook garlic with onion in the oil for about 2 minutes

now Step #05 – Now, add ground beef along with oregano, salt, and pepper to the frying pan and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes or until the meat is browned

Step #06 – Thereafter, add cauliflower rice and tomato sauce to the mixture
