Ingredients required for Avocado Dip:

      2 Medium avocados

    1/4 cilantro stems trimmed off

    3 tbsp. sour cream or mayo I’ll prefer Dukes mayo

    1 tbsp. lime juice

   1/2 top garlic powder

   1/2 tsp. pink salt

   1 Jalapeno seed” was removed (optional but worth it for the flavour!)

How to prepare Avocado Dip:

1    Firstly we have to make this dip before you make the taquitos.

2    You can enjoy warm taquitos with the dip.

3    Take a food processor & add all the ingredients and blend it well till it is smooth and creamy.

Ingredients required for Keto Taquitos Recipe

1     Leftover fully cooked Carnitas meat about 1/2 to 1 pound

2    1 1/2 cups cheese shredded (I used a Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese)

How to prepare Keto Taquitos Recipe 

1     Firstly preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2     Take a large baking sheet and cover it with pieces of parchment paper.

3    Then place six circles of shredded cheese and add one-fourth cup of cheese in each Circle.

4    Then we have to add the precooked shredded meat to the uncooked cheese.

5    Bake it at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes & bake it till the cheese is extra crunchy.

6    When you can” see the cheese is bubbly on the Outside’ remove it from the oven.

7    Just roll them and fold them and make a taco shell.

8    Enjoy this with avocado dip.
