1/4 tsp. sea salt

2 large Eggs (at room temperature)

2 tbsps. Warm water

1     Take a food processor and add almond flour, psyllium husk powder, gelatin powder, and sea salt and blend it till it is uniform well.

2    Then add beaten eggs and water and knead it with your hands till smooth fall forms.

3    Make sure it should be moist, dense and not wet or dry.

4    Cut the dough ball into 6 sections and with your hands roll each section into a ball.

5   Take two pieces of parchment paper and roll them into between parchment paper and make a very thin circle.

6    Take a non-stick pan and lightly oil it and keep the flame to medium-high heat.

7    And add tortilla to it and cook well from both sides.
