Ingredients required for Keto Zucchini Tortillas:

   2 large zucchini, shredded

   2 large eggs

   2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

   1/4 teaspoon baking powder

   1/4 teaspoon salt

How to prepare Keto Zucchini Tortillas:

1     Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 375F.

2    With the help of a knife cut the zucchini and then place it in a sturdy dish towel.

3    Then squeeze water as much as you can from the zucchini.

4    After that unroll the towel and allow it to rest for a few minutes and then try again.

5    Do not skip the second step, the zucchini needs
to be very dry.

6    Take a large bowl and then transfer this into the bowl and add shredded cheddar, beaten eggs, baking powder and salt according to taste and mix it well till well combined.

7    With the help scoop the dough out using a ¼ cup measuring cup for small tortillas.

8    Then place it on a silicone-lined baking sheet and pat it into a very thin circle.

9    Then bake it for only 10 to 15 minutes only and carefully flip the tortillas.

10   Then bake it for 3 to 5 minutes till tortillas are set and lightly brown in colour.

11   Serve and enjoy!
