Ingredients required for Keto Zucchini Waffle:

     1 medium zucchini (about 200g) grated

    1/2 tsp. salt

    4 large eggs

   6 ounces sharp cheddar, grated

  1 clove of garlic, minced or pressed

   1/4 tsp. pepper

   1/4 tsp. cayenne

   3/4 cup almond flour

   2 tsp. baking powder

   3 tbsp. heavy cream

How to prepare Keto Zucchini Waffle

1    Take a large bowl and grate the zucchini well. When grated properly add ¼ tsp. salt and leave it for 30 minutes to drain.

2    After half an hour squeeze with your hands, zucchini to remove moisture.

3    With the help of a scoop pour the batter into the iron fluffy waffles and close the lid.

4    When cooked the same with the remaining batter.

5    Enjoy and serve.
