2    If you don’t have a food processor, then you can grate the cauliflower.                                                                        However, make sure pieces are kept small for allowing the cauliflower to let go as much moisture as possible.

How to Prepare Keto Fried Mac And Cheese

Step #01 – Rice the cauliflower using a food processor

nowStep #02 – Next, cook the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes in a microwave

Step #03 – There should be as less moisture present in the cauliflower as possible. For drying out the cauliflower, you can wring it in paper towels or a kitchen towel

now see Step #04 – Add eggs, one by one, to the cauliflower, followed by cheese and spices. Mix it well

Step #05 – Take a pan and put it on a high heat setting

now Step #06 – Put coconut oil and olive oil in the pan

Step #07 – Form small patties using the cauliflower mixture

now Step #08 – Put the patties, one by one, in the pan. Crisp each patty from both sides

Step #09 – Serve patties hot and enjoy!
