TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS Keto Popsicles Recipe

1   You can freeze these low-carb ice pops in tiny paper cups instead of Popsicle moulds.

2   Since these keto popsicles are made with cream cheese, it is recommended that you keep the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes to soften it.

Your mixture will be smooth as a result of this process. When cream cheese is too cold, it can be difficult to combine with the other ingredients, resulting in small pieces of cream cheese in the Popsicle mixture.

3   Adding shredded coconut – this is an optional ingredient due to the extra carbs in coconut.

4    MCT Oil is a form of “healthy fat” that may aid in the process of Ketosis, in which your body burns fat for energy. Coconut oil is the most common source for them.

Keep in mind that some people are more susceptible to MCT oil than others, which could cause cramps or an upset stomach.

5   If you want to keep the carbs in this low-carb, Keto Popsicles Recipe to a minimum, use only blackberries. Since the recipe calls for 3/4 cup of berries in all, 3/4 cup of only blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries will suffice.

6     These low-carb pops are smooth, but the coconut and berries add some chunkiness. This is due to the berries not being mixed until they are fully smooth

.  I also eat Sugar-Free Low Carb Sponge CakeIf you want, you can blend the Popsicle mixture until it is fully soft. You won’t be able to taste the tiny berry chunks this way.
