How to prepare Keto Mayo Parmesan Chicken:
1 To make Parmesan Chicken, preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
2 Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish; lay the chicken thighs in it.
3 Begin by coating the chicken thighs in hot sauce and setting aside.
4 Next, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and spices in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
5 Then spread the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture over each of the prepared chicken thighs & then top with keto-friendly breadcrumbs.
