Prepare the Ingredients and Preheat Your Oven:
Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the recipe and preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and sea salt. Once it’s mixed, add the ground pork and egg. Use your hands to mix everything until fully combined. Roll the mixture into small balls about 1-2 inches in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

To make the batter for the gluten-free almond flour meatballs, start by combining the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and sea salt in a bowl. Next, add the ground pork and egg to the mixture and use your hands to thoroughly mix all of the ingredients. Now you are ready to roll it into small meatball balls about 1-2 inches in diameter and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
