Oreo Choco Chip Cookies. A Keto Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookie is one of my favourite holiday treats.

I challenged myself to make it keto-ish. These Stuffed Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect recipe for any occasion. This recipe will satisfy all of your cravings and it has only 2 net carbs each.

Ingredients required for Oreo Choco Chip Cookies:

COOKIES:

8 tbsp. unsalted butter

 1/2 cup Monk fruit allulose blend

 1 large Egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 2 1/2 cups Almond flour

 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

 1/2 tsp. Sea salt

FILLING: Oreo Choco Chip Cookies

2 tbsps. Coconut oil

2 cups  Monk fruit allulose blend

2 tsp. Heavy cream (add 1 additional tsp. of heavy cream if needed)

 

How to prepare Keto Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies:

1     Take a bowl and add cream butter and best and mix well with a hand mixer till it turns fluffy.

2     Then add beaten egg and vanilla and mix well.

3     Take another bowl and add almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt and whisk well till well combined.

4    Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients into the same bowl and stir well with a hand mixer till well combined.

5    Now shape the dough into a rectangle shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.

6    Leave it for 1 hour to set it aside.

7    After one hour take two pieces of parchment paper and roll those in between parchment paper around ¼ inch thick.

8    Preheat your oven to 200degrees C take a baking sheet and add parchment paper to it and grease it with melted butter.

9    With the help of a cutter, cut cookies and place them on a baking sheet.

10   Now bake it for 10 to 12 minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour.

11   Then let it cool fully.

FILLING: Oreo Choco Chip Cookies

Take a bowl and add coconut oil and powdered Best and mix well.

Then add heavy cream and mix well till stiff frosting has formed.

ASSEMBLY: Oreo Choco Chip Cookies

With the help of a knife spread 1 to 2 tablespoons on cookies and top with another cookie.

Do the same process with all cookies.
