Ingredients required for Peach Cream Cake Recipe

2 cups fresh or Frozen Peaches peeled and diced

1 ¼ cup erythritol powder divided

½ teaspoon cinnamon divided

¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

2 ¼ cup almond flour divided

11 tablespoon Butter Melted, divided

¼ cup coconut flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

4 Eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to prepare Keto Peaches and Cream Cake:

1    Firstly we have to preheat our oven to 350F and take a baking dish and grease it with melted butter.

2   Take a bowl and add peaches, ¼ cup of erythritol, cinnamon, and xanthan gum and mix well till well combined.

3   Then take a small bowl and add ¾ cup of almond flour, ¼ cup of erythritol, half teaspoon of cinnamon, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter and mix well till well combined.

4    Then take a large bowl and add one and a half cups of almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder, ¾ cup of erythritol, beaten eggs, 6 to 7 tablespoons of melted butter and add vanilla extract and mix well with an electric mixer or hand mixer till well combined.

5   Then spread the batter into the baking dish.

6    Then add peaches to the top of the batter and top with cinnamon powder.

7    Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour.

8   Remove from the oven and allow it to cool fully.

9   Slice and serve.
