My mom used to make them for us every Sunday night after church. She would take a large bowl of uncooked hamburger meat, add some egg, milk, and seasoning, and mix it all together. Then she would form the mixture into little balls and bake them in the oven.
When we were done eating our pepperoni, we would wash them down with cold milk. Now, I love making this recipe because they are easy to make and tastes amazing. You’ll need:
1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
How to prepare Pepperoni Balls Recipe:
These pepperoni balls are very simple to make.
First, mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Next, form into golf ball-sized balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before frying.
Once fried, drain off excess oil and place back in the refrigerator to cool completely.
