Ingredients required for Keto Roll Up Recipe:

3 Eggs

¼ cup Heavy Cream



Half cup Water

¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract

For The Filling French Toast

1/3 cup Soft Butter



2 tbsp. brown swerve sweetener

½ tsp. cinnamon

How to make french toast Roll ups

1    Take a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients, and mix well until well combined.

2    Then add beaten eggs to the bowl and stir well.



3   Then we have to add heavy cream, water and vanilla extract and mix with a hand mixer or electric mixer till well combined.

4   Then add coconut powder to it.

5    Take a non-stick skillet over low heat and lightly oil it and with the help of a ladle pour ¼ cup of batter into it.

6    Flip it and cook for another minute.

7    Cook it till the batter is used up fully.

8    Take French roll-ups and spread one tablespoon of filling on one side.

9   Do the same process with all French toast.




10   Then roll it and enjoy!
