 250 grams Paneer
 60 grams of Onion
 70 grams of Tomato
 70 grams Green Peppers
 1 tbsp. Butter
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
 5 grams of Ginger
 5 grams of garlic
 1 tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
 1 tsp. Coriander Powder
 2 Dried Red Chillies
1 Green Chilly
 Salt to Taste
 Fresh Coriander

How to prepare Keto Paneer Jalfrezi

  1    We have to cut the cheese into pieces and set it aside.

 2   Take a pan over medium-high heat and butter in it.

 3   When heated up the butter add cumin and red chillies and sauté well.

4     Then add onion to it and mix well and cook for a minute.

5   When onion cooks well add ginger paste, and green chilli, and fry it till it starts brown in colour.

6   Then we have to add tomato, chilli powder and coriander powder and stir well till well combined.

 7  Then add one tablespoon of vinegar and water and cook well.

 8   At last, add the diced cheese and add a pinch of salt and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

 9   Sprinkle coriander leaves and enjoy!
