Ingredients required for Point Mug Cake:
1.5 tablespoon self-rising flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon erythritol powder for sweetener
2 tablespoons Lite Hershey’s Syrup
1 egg white
Toppings: Weight Watchers One Mug Cake
Sliced Strawberries
Whipped Topping
Lite Chocolate Syrup
How to prepare Weight watchers 1 point mug cake:
1 Take a small bowl and add the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and erythritol powder and mix well till well combined.
2 Take another bowl and add egg white and syrup and stir well.
3 Now put this mixture into the dry mixture.
4 Now we have to grease the microwave mug and pour this mixture into it.
5 Now place this in the microwave for two to three minutes only.
6 Top with sliced strawberries whipped topping.
7 Let them cool for 5 minutes.
